By Hubert Walker for CoinWeek ….
By Tuesday, September 29, the United States Mint had sold out of the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge 5 oz. silver bullion coin. The coin, the fourth and next-to-last entry in the 2015 America the Beautiful Quarters silver bullion series, had been released only a day earlier on the 28th.

As such, 2015 continues to be a successful year for the Mint’s America the Beautiful bullion coin program. The first coin in the series, the Homestead National Monument 5 oz. silver bullion coin, was released on February 17 and sold out by April 1.

The second coin in the series, the Kisatchie National Forest 5 oz. silver bullion coin, sold out by May 7. It was initially released on April 20.

The third entry–the Blue Ridge Parkway 5 oz. silver bullion coin–became available on June 22, temporarily sold out the same day, resumed sales on July 13 and officially sold out on July 29.

Final sales figures for each of the 2015 America the Beautiful Quarters 5 oz. silver bullion coins are as follows:
