American Buffalo Gold Bullion Coin Orders Now Packaged in Tubes

The United States Mint sent the following item to authorized purchasers on May 4:

2016 American Buffalo Gold Bullion Coins Now In Tubes and Boxes

This is to inform you that starting today (May 4, 2016), all American Buffalo Gold Bullion Coin orders will be fulfilled using packaging similar to the American Eagle Bullion Coin packaging.

The coins will be packaged in tubes and a hard plastic outer protective case. There will be 25 tubes in each box, 20 coins per tube. Each box will contain 500 ounces of American Buffalo Gold Bullion Coins. The outer protective plastic case will be “orange” to distinguish it from the other bullion coin boxes.
