Heritage continues its long history as Official Auctioneer of the Long Beach Coin and Collectibles Expo, and we are pleased to bring a terrific lineup of rare coins and impressive Featured Collections to our September 5-8 Signature Auction of US Coins. We cannot remember having a more interesting group of Territorial Gold, Morgan dollars, rare type coins, plus great copper and Colonial issues than in this very event. Nor do we ever remember having as many specialized coins for niche collectors, with an amazing group of Sommer Islands pieces (including a previously unknown threepence, with only four pieces known in private hands) — just to cite one example.
Our usual Premier Session is Thursday evening, with a full complement of rare and high-value coins. The Poulos Family Collection, featured in its own separate catalog, will be offered on Friday evening in its own Floor Session.
Additional featured collections in this auction include:
- The Shucart Family (JCS) Collection of Morgan Silver Dollars
- The Cody Brady Collectio
- The Pelican Collection
- The Duquesne Collection, Part II
