After being made available to the public April 3, the 2017 1 oz Silver Swan bullion coin sold out worldwide in less than two days. The Perth Mint has now released a special Proof version of this stunning .9999 fine Silver coin and lowered the mintage to just 2,500 coins. Additionally, a 1 oz Gold coin, containing .9999 fine Gold, is available with a mintage of 5,000.

The reverse of the coin shows a graceful swan swimming above the surface of the water. The ripples in the water run underneath the legend of the coin, seeming to overlap the coin itself. The design also includes The Perth Mint’s renowned “P” mintmark. The obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley likeness of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as well as the monetary denomination.
