Niue 2015 Missing Works of Art: Pontifical of Płock $1 Silver Coin

From the Mint of Poland:

Over centuries they were owned mostly by affluent private collectors and patrons of art. In the turmoil of history some of them vanished without trace. However, missing works of art still are an important part of our culture. The Mint of Poland would like to eternalize the artistic heritage of our country that became irreversibly lost for future generations. The Pontifical of Płock, a medieval liturgical book originally owned by the cathedral chapter in Płock, was appropriated by the Germans during World War II.
