Icon Coins has released a collectors coin in honor of television star Butch Patrick, who played the lovable Eddie Munster on the classic show The Munsters.
New Jersey company Icon Coins has released a brand new collectors coin celebrating TV icon Butch Patrick. For over 50 years, Patrick has been a popular figure in pop culture due to the staying power of The Munsters and his portrayal of young Eddie.
The coin itself, titled “Forever Eddie” by coin designer Ralph Asbury, is a large coin at 1.75″ in diameter. Its design features a detailed 3D rendering of Butch Patrick as he appeared on the show in the 1960s, along with a highly detailed sculpting of the infamous house at 1313 Mockingbird Lane. Its heavy solid brass material gives a nice feel when holding the coin, while its antique finish gives it an artistic and appealing look.
The coin is limited to a production run of 1313 coins and is available in two different configurations.
The Limited Edition configuration includes the coin, a black velvet coin pouch, and a numbered certificate of authenticity.
The Signed Edition configuration included the coin, a black velvet coin pouch, a numbered certificate of authenticity, and an exclusive coffin shaped certificate of authenticity autographed by Butch Patrick himself. Only 350 Signed Edition coins are available.
