The Numismatic Crime Information Center (NCIC) is working with the NYPD Major Theft Unit to identify gold and jewelry theft victims that involved the person pictured below.

The subject has been traveling across the US targeting coin shops, antique malls, and pawn shops since November 2018.

Rare Coins Stolen

The La Plata County Sheriff’s Department of Durango, Colorado has requested the assistance of NCIC with a case involving the theft of the following three coins:

1. 1894-S Barber Dime. It has a grade of NGC PF63 and a serial number of 3580552001. Estimated value of $1,225,000.00 USD.

1894-San Francisco Barber Dime Newcomer pedigree - NCIC

2. 1652 Willow Tree 6 Pence. It had received a grade number of PCGS MS64 and had a serial number of 15-64-11163562 Estimated value of $472,000.00.

3. 1794 Flowing Hair Dollar. It had received a grade number of PCGS XF45 and had a serial number of 6851-45-08888779. Estimated value of $379,500.00.

Roma Gang Suspects

The Numismatic Crime Information Center has been tracking the suspects pictured below for the past eight days. They are responsible for a gold coin theft at a shop in Tacoma, Washington and have also been seen in the Colorado area:
