Collections on Offer – Interesting and Valuable
We look back on months of great activity in which we have succeeded in compiling a broad range of attractive and valuable objects for your consideration. The coin lots on offer are interesting and valuable. Please look forward to carefully selected and highly valuable collections, inventories and series with precious coins and medals from various epochs.
We present, for instance, a collection of the finest thaler coins from the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation, collected by a passionate numismatic enthusiast more than 50 years ago and not seen again on the market since that time.
Or are you interested, per chance, in various collections of Swiss national coins or shooting thalers? Or would you like to have a look at our outstanding US items, including many sought-after pieces? We are offering well over 200 collections, both large and small, inventories, and complete lots and series from many different countries with estimated value that range between several hundred to several tens of thousands of Swiss francs.
Magnificent Single Items
Of course there will also be some magnificent single items for sale, such as a Russian coin of Czar Nicholas II with the rather unusual denomination of 37 rubles and 50 kopeks, of which only 225 copies were minted.
The 10-ducat coin of 1631 from Nagybánya of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation / Hungary of Ferdinand II also deserves very special attention. This almost singular coin has been absent from the market for more than 100 years, because it has been repeatedly handed down within the same family.
Switzerland is represented by various specialities and minting test strikes as well as by a very fine 100-franc coin from 1925. In the bank notes sector, the rare notes from the Bank in St. Gallen will be of special interest.
