Cool Currency! gets its first episode of 2018!

In order to bring you these four fascinating currency segments, we travel back in time and span the globe.

Connor Falk from Daniel Frank Sedwick, LLC shows off an interesting and rare commemorative banknote from the Dominican Republic.

Richard Stelzer, a leading authenticator and dealer in paper money, has a rarely seen original bank pack of Series of 1917 $1 notes, featuring George Washington.

The Series of 1958 10,000 Kronor of Sweden had a short circulation life and is scarce today. Henrik Christensen from Holt Paper Money shows us a beautiful uncirculated example.

Finally, we talk to Pierre Fricke about a scarce, high-grade example of the 1861 Confederate $50 (T-51) banknote. This is an important issue in the series and this particular example comes from the collection of Eric P. Newman.
