Offered exclusively for NGC Collectors Society members, these Norman Rockwell labels are available only until June 30 or while supplies last
Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC) has created two special certification labels featuring portraits by the famous American illustrator Norman Rockwell. These labels show Rockwell’s portraits of presidents John F. Kennedy and Dwight D. Eisenhower, which he painted as cover art for The Saturday Evening Post.
NGC’s Norman Rockwell labels are available exclusively for Associate or higher NGC Collectors Society members as an added benefit of membership. They will be offered only until June 30 or while supplies last, whichever comes first.

Each coin submitted will receive a card with Norman Rockwell’s “Triple Self Portrait” painting on the obverse. The reverse features Norman Rockwell’s drawing “Your Faithful Friend”, which has been converted into a special hologram with a unique serial number.
A flat rate of $20 per coin includes grading and encapsulation with these special labels. The Norman Rockwell Kennedy label may be used with all Kennedy Half Dollars valued under $1,000 each and the Norman Rockwell Eisenhower label may be used with all Eisenhower dollars valued under $1,000 each.
These iconic images will perfectly complement any Kennedy or Eisenhower set.

Submission Instructions:
- These labels are available only to paid NGC Collectors Society members (and ANA Submitter members). You must submit these coins under a valid “CS” member number.
- Coins must be received by June 30, 2016.
- Select the Modern grading tier in section 6 and “Special Label/Releases – Other” in section 7 of the NGC Submission Form. Write either “Rockwell – Kennedy” or “Rockwell – Eisenhower” in the space provided. Each label must be on a separate submission form.
- The Special Label/Releases $15 fee is waived if Early Releases or First Releases is not requested. (Add $15 for Early Releases or First Releases).
- A flat rate of $20 per coin includes both grading and encapsulation with the special Norman Rockwell label.
- All Kennedy Half Dollars and Eisenhower Dollars that quality for the NGC Modern grading tier (valued under $1,000 each) are eligible.
