There are two major coin show promoters that hold conventions three times a year in the same city. One is the Whitman Coin and Collectibles Expo held in Baltimore and the other is the Long Beach Coin and Collectibles held in California.
Though held on different coasts at different times in the year a friendly rivalry exists to see who hosts the most popular coin convention. Long Beach show coordinator Taryn Warrecker visited the Whitman Expo and talks about the different conventions and how they compare to one another.
