A special issue of Philippine paper money was created during World War II was discovered by world bank note researcher Neil Shafer.

At this year’s Memphis Paper Show a display of these notes was awarded the prestigious Amon Carter Award.

Neil talks about the display and how he was able to acquire these notes.
