The Reiner Hoard Collection of GSA Dollars

The March 3-6 Dallas ANA Signature auction features Selections from The Lenny Reiner Collection, Part III, an outstanding collection consisting entirely of GSA Morgan dollars. This is the second Signature Auction offering of the Reiner Hoard GSA dollars; the first part appeared at FUN in Tampa. The Dallas ANA offering includes 52 specially selected lots, divided between the Premier Session, Floor Session 2, and the Sunday Online Signature Session.
Additional selections from The Reiner Hoard Collection of GSA Dollars will appear in a standalone Internet Auction devoted exclusively to The Reiner Hoard. GSA dollar collectors and Carson City dollar fans will not want to miss this special Internet Auction, which opens on March 1 and continues through March 10, running concurrently with the Dallas ANA event, presenting 1,050 GSA dollars in all.
All coins in both auctions will be available for viewing at the Dallas ANA National Money Show March 2-5. All lots will be sold without reserve.
Longtime Houston jewelry store owner Lenny Reiner developed an interest in GSA dollars based on a suggestion by Pat Johnson at the Houston Numismatic Exchange, who advised “buy them and hold them.” Lenny accumulated many GSA dollars — adding and adding — and later, with the assistance of Pat’s son Jay Johnson, assembled the balance of the collection. Lenny Reiner would like to dedicate the appearance of his GSA dollars to the memory of Pat Johnson.
