Legend-Morphy to offer The Flannagan Territorial Coin Collection in upcoming Legend Morphy Auction

The Flannagan Territorial Coin Collection has been consigned to the Legend-Morphy Regency Auction V, to be held Thursday, December 19th, 2013 at The Venetian during the PCGS Member’s Only Show in Las Vegas.

Although this incredible collection consists of only ten coins, each coin represents a significant piece of numismatic history.

“Even non-territorial collectors should make it a point to view them” said Legend-Morphy partner Laura Sperber. “All of the pieces were purchased back in 1995-1997, and the Eliasberg coins were purchased straight from auction. Quality, eye appeal, and rarity were critical to Phil Flannagan’s keen purchase. Out of all the rarities that Legend has handled, this particular set of coins has remained one of the highlights of our career. The freshness and quality of these coins is unrivaled. All of the coins were graded only once and are in their original holders.”

The collection includes: flannigan_humbert

“We are honored to handle this historic collection” said Julie Abrams, President of Legend-Morphy. “With the extraordinary rarity and quality of this collection there no question this auction will garner worldwide attention.”
