Vehicle Burglarized
Below is a list of US coins and paper money stolen from Dick August after leaving a coin show in Westford, Massachusetts on April 24, 2016. Mr. August stopped a short distance from the show and became the victim of a smash and grab vehicle burglary.

A large grouping of Early British, Latin, English, French Canada and Sweden coins were also taken.

Counterfeit 1oz Gold Perth Bars
The Numismatic Crime Information Center (NCIC) has been advised that an individual is in the Wichita, Kansas-area attempting to sell counterfeit 1oz gold Perth bars. The individual is described as a w/m 6’1″ 180 pounds average looking and accompanied by a white female (no photos of either individual are available).
The individual displayed a Florida driver’s license in the name of Will Nagel and driving a four-door black vehicle with Kansas plates. The driver’s license is not valid, however.
The individual has visited several pawn shops and coin shops in the area. Based upon the information the individual may be traveling from state to state. The bars appear too thick and analyzer shows bars to be bad.
Murder
On April 1, 2016 The owner of Bart’s Coins and Collectibles in Old Jefferson Park, Illinois was brutally murdered inside his shop.
Petro Rymar, owner, was stabbed multiple times and an undisclosed amount of property was stolen. Investigators released very little information during the initial investigation. A suspect has now been charged with the murder.
Counterfeit Suspect
Suspect in counterfeit case.
A white male suspect entered a pawn shop in Fort Smith, Arkansas and attempted to sell several counterfeit gold coins (a one-ounce gold American Buffalo, a gold American Eagle, and a gold Australian Kangaroo) in NGC holders. An employee and a visiting coin dealer inspected and used an XRF analyzer to evaluate the coins. When they advised the suspect that the coins were counterfeit he ran out of the store. The suspect jumped into a black Honda Ridgeline with Oklahoma plates and fled the parking lot striking another vehicle.
The suspect used a fake Delaware drivers license in the name of James C. Gordon.
