After years of research a new book on paper money has been released by numismatic author Nell Shafer called, “Panic Scrip of 1893, 1907 and 1914.” These were notes issued by various entities at times the Federal government was not able to keep up with making enough currency needed in commerce.
The book explores the various issues, why they were produced and list values for the different series. Neil talks about what the book contains and what was involved in its publication.
