Irish sculptor Rory Breslin studied art at the National College of Art and Design. An award winning artist and co-founder of the Head Sculpture Gallery in Dublin, Breslin has completed a number of important public commissions. In 2015, he was commissioned to design the Ernest Walton 15-euro coin.
