Regency Auction XX is almost here!

Legend Rare Coin Auctions will present Part Three of the Northern Lights Collection of Toned Morgan Dollars at the upcoming Regency XX sale in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Galileo room at The Venetian hotel plays host to the event, which starts at 7:30 Eastern Standard Time on January 26. Lot viewing is available by appointment in the Marco Polo room on January 24.

As noted, the Northern Lights Collection consists of Morgan silver dollars with notable toning and exceptional eye appeal. Expectation is high that the sale on the 26th will bring strong prices for the coins and quality. These coins have been handpicked by the consigner for superior eye appeal. Each coin has been certified by PCGS and CAC, validating the originality and quality of each piece.

Simpson Collection of Standard Silver Patterns

Regency XX will also include items from the Simpson Collection. A complete set of 19th-century “Standard Silver” pattern coins from the Philadelphia Mint has never been assembled. Nevertheless, Texas collector Bob Simpson has put together the closest thing the numismatic world has to such an offering.

CoinWeek was fortunate enough to film the coins at the January 2017 FUN Show–check out this high-resolution 4K video for some of the highlights!
