Monaco Rare Coins recently purchased the finest known Brasher Gold Doubloon from 1787 and displayed it at the American Numismatic Association’s World’s Fair of Money.
It has been called arguably America’s most valuable coin. The finest known Brasher gold doubloon from 1787 was on display at the American Numismatic Association’s World’s Fair of Money.
Adam Crum of Monaco talks about what it is like to own and display such a numismatic rarity.
In addition, a limited number of restrikes were commissioned from the Eureka Mint and minted at the convention where collectors could purchase a copy for their collections.

American Numismatic Association World’s Fair of Money
The country’s premier coin show and convention, is held every summer at cities around the country. This year the show was hosted in Chicago, Il.
