Paper Money Auctions – Confederate Notes Dominate Top Prices at Newman Sale

The Eric P. Newman Collection Part VII, featured more than 2,200 pieces of U.S. and World currency from the numismatic legend’s famed collection including a wide array of World, Colonial and Continental currency, Obsolete notes by state and Confederate currency. The sale was exclusively to benefit the Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society and was offered by Heritage Auctions Oct. 21-24, 2015 in Dallas.
