2015 American Silver Eagle Sales to Resume Monday July 27

The United States Mint announced on Friday, July 17 that sales of its 2015 American Silver Eagle bullion coin would resume on Monday, July 27.

Sales were suspended earlier this month on July 7.

As of Friday’s announcement of the resumption of sales, a more complete tally of sales from July is available. An 1,101,000 additional units were sold in the first week of the month compared to prior numbers. Below is an updated month-by-month breakdown of 2015 American Silver Eagle bullion coin sales figures:

  • January: 5,530,000
  • February: 3,022,000
  • March: 3,519,000
  • April: 2,851,500
  • May: 2,023,500
  • June: 4,840,000
  • July: 2,709,000

Total Units Sold to Date: 24,495,000
