UltraBreaks and Celebrity Mint will launch the UltraBreaks NFL Super Bowl Series on April 30. UltraBreaks says the release is fully licensed through the NFL and Super Bowl program. The company also says every pack will contain one GEM Prooflike PCGS-certified coin. In total, the run includes just 1,004 packs.
A Player-First Checklist Anchors the Release
First, UltraBreaks built the checklist around recognizable NFL names from several eras. The public product pages list Mike Vick, Terrell Suggs, Warren Moon, Joe Theismann, Le’Veon Bell, Patrick Peterson, Tiki Barber, Chad Johnson, Keenan Allen, Dez Bryant, Jamaal Charles, Brandon Graham, Anquan Boldin, Ricky Williams, and Shawn Merriman.

That lineup gives the release broad appeal. At the same time, UltraBreaks did not spread those names evenly across the run. The checklist shows sharp differences in population, which creates real scarcity from pack to pack.
Scarcity Does the Heavy Lifting
Next, the structure drives the chase. UltraBreaks lists three label tiers: Ultra with 900 coins, Gold Rush with 93 coins, and Infinity with 11 coins. Because each pack contains one coin, that structure shapes the entire release. It also gives the top end a much tighter ceiling. In other words, UltraBreaks did not rely on a long checklist alone. The company paired that checklist with controlled distribution.
Infinity Tier Brings the Biggest Hits

Then the checklist moves into inscription-driven pieces tied to career milestones and signature moments. Publicly listed examples include Brandon Graham “SB LII Champ,” Joe Theismann “NFL MVP 1983,” Joey Porter “Black and Yellow,” Malcolm Smith “SB XLVIII MVP,” Navarro Bowman “4 Time ProBowl,” and Tiki Barber “10,449 Rushing Yards.” Several Infinity entries show a population of one. As a result, the best pulls feel singular, not repeatable. That matters in any chase product, and it matters even more in a run this small.
UltraBreaks Says Control Sits at the Center
In the press release, RJ Manoni, UltraBreaks’ director of marketing, said the company centered the release on control of both the checklist and the distribution so rarity carries real meaning when collectors hit a top pull. That message fits the public product pages, which repeatedly emphasize the ladder from Ultra to Gold Rush to Infinity and the tighter checklist at each step.
