PCGS Trade & Grade Showcase Comes to Huntington Beach in May 2026

The PCGS Trade & Grade Showcase – Huntington Beach will give collectors, dealers, and consignors a focused setting for grading, trading, auction lot viewing, and submission services.

Stack’s Bowers Galleries will sponsor the event as the official auctioneer.

What Collectors Can Expect

PCGS Trade & Grade Showcases offer an intimate bourse floor. In addition, collectors can access on-site grading services, auction lot viewing, and direct support from PCGS representatives.

The Huntington Beach event will welcome the public. General admission tickets cost $11 per person. Visitors can purchase tickets through the event’s Get Tickets link.

Collectors who want earlier access can buy Early Bird tickets for $101. These tickets allow entry during the Early Bird hours listed in the full schedule below.

Free Admission for PCGS Members and Dealers

PCGS Collectors Club members and PCGS Authorized Dealers can enter the show for free. No ticket purchase will be necessary.

However, members must show their member number at check-in.

Also, Collectors Club membership does not include free entry during Early Bird hours. Collectors who want Early Bird access must purchase the Early Bird ticket.

On-Site Grading Services

PCGS will offer on-site coin grading for U.S. coins and world coins.

In addition, PCGS will offer on-site banknote grading for submissions at the Express service level and above.

PCGS does not currently offer 24-hour turnaround for this event.

Stack’s Bowers Submission Integration Program

Coins submitted at the show can use the new Submission Integration Program (SIP) with Stack’s Bowers Galleries.

Through this program, submitters can send coins directly to Stack’s Bowers Galleries after PCGS completes the grading process. From there, Stack’s Bowers can review the coins for auction consignment, direct purchase, or CMQ review.

This option gives collectors a direct path from grading to possible sale or further market evaluation.

Submission Cut-Off Times

Collectors and dealers should pay close attention to the event cut-off times.

PCGS will accept pre-show submissions on Monday, May 18, 2026, during the listed hours. Dealers and Early Bird ticket holders may submit during that period.

Show submissions mailed to the office must arrive by Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

PCGS will accept show submissions through 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday May 20, 2026, and accept office grading submissions through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026.

PCGS representatives can answer questions at the show. They can also accept submissions, including limited Bulk submissions. In addition, they can confirm exact cut-off dates and times for both on-site and office submissions.

PCGS may change submission acceptance dates and times without notice.
