2016 Houston Money Show
The 60th annual Houston Money Show took place December 1 through 3 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. Here are just a few of the people and events of the show, courtesy of the Greater Houston Coin Club.

Annual Christmas, Holiday & Awards Dinner
The GHCC held its annual Christmas, Holiday, & Awards dinner on Dec. 15, 2016. Fifty members and guests attended the dinner held at the Embassy Suites on I-10 in Houston. Several very nice door prizes were donated, and several awards were presented. Program Director Bill Watson presented each person who gave an educational program this past year with a beautiful ANA certificate of appreciation. Rick Ewing won the Barney Loebe Award for being the highest scoring GHCC member in the Houston Money Show Exhibits. Gail Brichford won the prestigious Francis Townsend Award presented for outstanding service to the GHCC.
Entertainment at the party was provided by members John Barber and Ricardo de Leon Tallavas. They presented a debate, skit, and slide presentation titled “The Duel of the Eagles”.
