On June 14, the Bank of Russia releases into circulation a 25-ruble silver commemorative coin honoring the “Russian Parnassus” – Museum-Estate Ostafyevo – as part of the Architectural Monuments of Russia commemorative coin series. The coin contains 155.5 grams of .925 fine silver, and is catalog number 5115 -0119 in the Bank of Russia’s online inventory.
It has a diameter of 60.0 mmm and raised rims on both sides
The obverse features the relief image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation and includes the inscriptions “The Russian Federation”, “BANK OF RUSSIA”, the denomination of the coin “25 rubles” and the date “2016”. Also included is the chemical symbol for silver (Ag) according to the periodic table of elements, its fineness, the trade mark of the Moscow Mint and the fine metal content.

On the reverse side of the coin are relief images of the facade and a colonnaded gallery of the Ostafyevo manor. On the bottom left is a manuscript, an inkwell and pen and a portrait of the world-famous Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. On the right is the coat of arms of Prince Vyazemsky. Taking up five lines at the bottom is the inscription “Museum-Estate Ostafyevo” RUSSIAN Parnassus “.
