Behind a glass case at the Whitman Coin & Collectibles Expo in Baltimore, the United States Mint put on display five high-relief silver medals struck to commemorate the 225th Anniversary of the United States Mint. These medals, along with a one-ounce Proof Gold $100 coin, are being sold by the U.S. Mint and offer one of the most elegant designs ever struck on an American coin.
